He wants new Phoenix flooring

My husband wants to replace the tile flooring and phoenix carpeting in our whole house. I agree that we need to replace our Phoenix flooring, but I don't think we should do it all at the same time. I think we should replace the phoenix carpeting this year and then look to replace the tile flooring next year. He thinks we'll be able to get a better price on the Phoenix flooring if we do it all at the same time. If my husband gets a good price on the tile flooring and phoenix carpeting in our house I'm going to lose this battle.
