My tile flooring needs to be replaced

I have a winter home in Phoenix Arizona and the flooring needs to be replaced. The flooring is nice, but it is old and I think it is time for it to go. I think I will order the tile flooring I want online. Then I will have to arrange a trip to Phoenix Arizona when the flooring will arrive. I think I will bring my brother with me on my Phoenix Arizona trip, he is a handy man. I will have him replace my tile flooring this way I can save money. After the tile flooring is replaced I will show him around Phoenix Arizona, and maybe we will stay for a couple extra days. This will be good I get my tile flooring replaced and I get to spend time with my brother, and he gets to see Phoenix Arizona.
